What a great pleasure to discover the new FP 47 SAONA 47 during the multihull show in La Grande Motte close to Montpellier last WE. The Saona 47 is looking great, no one could imagine the nice looking and touch FP has introduced to it last generation’s catamaran. Saona will complete the FP offer between the Helia 44 evo and the Saba 50.
Saona 47 is proposing 2 layout version: the private one with 3 cabins, which means one private hull with a master cabin, a work office space and a separated shower from the toilet and the charter version with a 5 cabins / 5 toilets layout + skipper cabin. The Saona 47 is already a success and many are already bought for the season 2017/2018.
As the other models from the range, Saona 47 is very attractive with a nice and dynamic design, a very useful hydraulic (option) aft platform and plentty of natural light inside with a the big windows and hatches everywhere. The cockpit, the saloon, the kitchen, the fly birdge and the forward cockpit are perfect for different living spaces for everyone onboard completely separated.
We can’t wait to test the Saona 47 on the sea and see the sailing performance.
With the Saona 47, FP is completing the range of 6 sailing catamarans completely renewed and up to date on the still growing market.
It was difficult to take photo because of the big number of visitors who wanted to see the Saona 47 for the first time on time market.
